Training
We provide both calibration and instrument operation training. It is essential that both users and calibration technicians are properly trained in order to obtain reliable results from their instruments.
Support
We provide support by phone, email and personal visits for our customers. Support ranges from explaining error messages on the instruments to helping calibration technicians with difficult calibrations.
Servicing
We provide service contracts that ensure the instruments we support are properly maintained. This ensures that the instruments operate at their optimum and are less likely to break down. In the event of a breakdown the instrument is usually serviced on site and normally is back in service the same day.
Calibration and Analysis
If the customer requires it we will perform calibrations or analyse data sets that the customer has created.
Software Development and Integration
We develop software to complement the NIR instrumentation. We have developed software for data collection, interfacing instruments with computers and networks, data analysis of large groups of data.

We service AAII and AAIII CFA instrumentation.Robot Programming
Analysing and Automation Services Ltd have recently branched into the field of programming for laboratory robots. New software was created for an existing robot to improve the ease of use of the robot by improving the operator interface design. At the same time the database was improved making the system more robust and improving the trackability of samples.
